In 2015, the conference will take place at the Postbahnhof am Ostbahnhof in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The 3000 square meter Postbahnhof impresses with its gothic brick stylings and exciting architectural geometry.
Join the talks and workshops at the Fritz Club and meet other attendees at the terrace.
We are happy to run Berlin Buzzwords this time at the Postbahnhof am Ostbahnhof which is located in the "Kiez" of Friedrichshain. There are lots of exciting attractions in the district. The East Side Gallery is a 1.3 km-long painted stretch of the former Berlin Wall along the Mühlenstrasse in former East Berlin. Berlin’s double-decker bridge the Oberbaumbrücke (1895) - Oberbaum Bridge - links the two Berlin districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain separated by the River Spree. Today the bridge is adorned by graffiti and street artists’ work. You can browse and shop to your heart's content in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. A young, alternative fashion and designer scene has established itself around Boxhagener Platz.
After the fall of the Berlin wall it became very hip and trendy. It is known for its varied nightlife and the large number of bars, cafés and clubs - especially at Boxhagener Platz there are many coffee houses and restaurants.
